Social housing

  • In light of the Egyptian government's strategy towards providing adequate housing for middle-income category through  the project of social housing, which aims at quick provision of plots for middle-income category who are one of the most important challenges facing the Egyptian society. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities plays a major role in providing planned plots  having utilities for this project
 

The National Housing Project

  • The National Housing Project is considered to be one of the most important projects to overcome the problem of housing through the provision of adequate and appropriate housing for young people with limited income to provide ٥٠٠ thousand housing units during the period of ٦ years and to solve the housing problem in Egypt, which is one of the biggest problems facing the Egyptian citizen who dreams to have a suitable apartment with a cost matching with his level of income

The Youth and Future housing  Project
  • The youth housing project  is  a pioneering housing project which first began on October 1995 to provide youth with modern housing at reasonable prices .This project is known for its architectural models elevating public taste and matching with modern life . Maximum elevation is four flours plus basement     (100-70-63 M2).
  • The future housing aims at construction of 15636 ( 63M2) units in number of new cities , whereby plots ; fully equipped with utilities and areas are provided . "Future Association " shared partially in the costs by contributions of real estate, industrial sectors, contracting companies as well as all rich people
