Introduction:
It is a pioneering housing project which first began on October
1995 to provide youth with modern housing at reasonable prices .This
project is known for its architectural models elevating public taste
and matching with modern life . Maximum elevation is four flours
plus basement (100-70-63 M2).
Units allocation :
This is done according to accurate and objective standards upon all
applications for ensuring their eligibility.
Phases of Implementation :
74433 housing units were constructed along three phases in great
number of new cities all over the country. This started early
in1996. All works were finished. .
1- 1st phase ( 100 M2)
20712 housing units have been
implemented, in which four different architectural models were used
in the following cities :
( 10th of Ramadan – Shrouk – Obour – New Cairo – 15th of May – 6th
of October ) .
2- 2nd phase ( 70 M2)
34931 housing units have been
implemented in the following cities :
(Shrouk - Obour – New Cairo - 6th of October – Sheikh Zayed–Sadat
–New Bani sweif –New Damietta - New Minya ) . These units have been
implemented according to 12 models with multipurpose interior
designs , making up for small areas . This phase started in 1999 and
was completely finished. 3- 3 rd phase (63 M3)
18790 housing units have been implemented, in which two models were
used, in the following cities:
(10th of Ramadan - Shrouk – Obour – 6th of October – New Damietta –
New Bani sweif – New Minya-New Assuit –Tiba ).It started on May 1998
and was completely finished . 4- 4 th phase ( Developed Economic
Housing)
- This phase was announced on 5/12/2004 . - Areas of such units
range from 50-57 M2 (including 2 rooms , hall ,kitchen and bathroom)
to provide greater number of subsidized units for youth .
-The unit is subsidized by two loans ; the first cooperative (
LE15000 ) 5% interest rate – 40 year repayment period ) whereas the
second complementary ( LE 10000 ) , 44 year repayment period ;
interest free (total installment of LE 80) .
-The flat eligible applicant can replace it with a wider one
provided that handing over his or her old housing unit and payment
will be transformed to the new unit .
- All applications will be approved in case of their fulfillment of
the advertised conditions.
Future housing Project
- It started in 1998 when it was
necessary to solve housing problem for a great number of Egyptian
citizens with limited income. For fulfilling this noble idea as well
as wide participatory approach, an association called "Future
Association" was officially promulgated by Ministry of social
Affairs decree ( 398 dated 13/8/1998 ) as a central association ,
affiliated to the general Association Department , according to law
32/1964 and its regulations .
- Board of directors was formed including members of real estate
finance, industrial investment and contracting sectors. All project
shareholders are members of this association.
-This association receives contribution from different people for
building housing units.
Project Objective :
Construction of 15636 ( 63M2) units in number of new cities ,
whereby plots ; fully equipped with utilities and areas are provided
. "Future Association " shared partially in the costs by
contributions of real estate, industrial sectors, contracting
companies as well as all rich people.
A prize :
Future housing project was awarded the first prize during the
council of housing & Reconstruction Ministers as 2001 Arab Housing
project.
