2. Insurance value of the auction  must be paid  in cash or by check on the name of the city authority no later than the auction session date and it will be refunded for unsuccessful candidates .

3. Successful candidates must pay 25 % of the price of the plot in addition to administrative expenses and expenses of the Board of Trustees and the remaining  of the price will be paid according to one of two ways:
• payment  within a period not exceeding three months from the date of the auction.
• paying over 3 equal annual installments plus interest at the Central Bank of Egypt at the time of payment and  the interest is charged from the date of the auction until the date of maturity in addition to 0,5% administrative expenses , the first installment (installment + interest) is due after a year of the auction date in addition to bank checks of all the installments including the benefits on the name of the city authority .

3. Those interested in entering the auction can preview plots on the ground during official working hours.

5. Auction is subject to the provisions of law No. 89 of 1998.

6. Auction dossier is available  starting on Sunday 2013/2/3 upon payment of 100 pounds / Copy  "only hundred  pounds "  at the above mentioned city authority headquarters .
